AIPURE delivered the comprehensive purification and mechanical/electrical (M&E) infrastructure for this massive 20,626.93 sqm facility for Wuhan Mindray Technology. As a specialized hub for orthopedic joints, trauma, spine, and artificial bone bio-materials, this project features 28 independent sterile injection workshops. This facility serves as a foundational pillar for Mindray’s strategic expansion, providing the hardware required to achieve an annual output value of 1 billion RMB.

Complex Management of 28 Parallel Injection Units: Managing 28 sterile injection suites simultaneously required an ultra-robust HVAC design. We engineered a sophisticated air distribution logic to handle diverse load requirements and maintain perfect cleanliness across all zones.
Stringent Class III Regulatory Thresholds: Producing orthopedic implants requires rigorously controlled environmental integrity. Every detail was strictly aligned with GMP standards, utilizing coved transitions and anti-bacterial materials to eliminate any potential for particulate accumulation.
