Engineering the largest modern TCM industrialization demonstration base in Hunan Province, covering the entire value chain from cultivation to smart decoction services.
AIPURE served as the general contractor for the purification and mechanical/electrical (M&E) infrastructure of this massive complex. The project encompasses specialized workshops for TCM decoction pieces, formula granules, high-standard GSP warehousing, quality control (QC) laboratories, and a centralized power hub. This facility represents the pinnacle of TCM modernization, integrating traditional processing with cutting-edge digital management.

Rapid Multi-Standard Certification: Engineered to facilitate the swift acquisition of GSP, GMP (Decoction Pieces), and Granule Production licenses within a single year.
Industry-Leading Capacity Support: Infrastructure built to sustain an annual output of 2,000 tons of decoction pieces and 500 tons of formula granules.
Achievements & Deliverables
Accelerated Regulatory Compliance: Under AIPURE’s integrated management, the facility successfully obtained its GSP certificate in August 2019, followed by the TCM Decoction Piece GMP certificate and production launch in November 2019, and the Granule Production License in May 2020.
Operational Excellence in Smart Decoction: The automated decoction and intelligent distribution center launched in April 2020, featuring end-to-end network monitoring. This facility allows for rapid prescription-to-delivery cycles, providing safe and convenient services for the regional population.
High-Yield Industrial Infrastructure: The facility achieved its designed capacity of 2,000 tons of decoction pieces and 500 tons of granules, supporting a total output value of 1 billion RMB. Our engineering provides the technical foundation for products that lead the industry in quality and innovation.
Demonstration of Comprehensive Engineering Strength: The project proves AIPURE’s capability in managing multi-type facility zoning and integrated M&E construction.
