Engineering a futuristic 5G-enabled smart factory for one of China’s most prestigious pharmaceutical “Time-Honored Brands.”
AIPURE served as the general contractor for the purification and M&E infrastructure of this 25,000 sqm facility for Jianmin Group. As a national-level 5G smart factory benchmark, the project integrates sterile preparation suites, ointment emulsification workshops, and intelligent comprehensive preparation lines. By combining advanced mechanical and electrical systems with high-standard cleanroom environments, we provided the foundational infrastructure for a fully automated, data-driven manufacturing ecosystem.

Engineering Challenges & Solutions
Synchronizing Robotics with Laminar Flow: The operation of high-speed robotic arms can disturb cleanroom airflow. We optimized the air distribution logic in the intelligent workshops to ensure that automated movements never compromise the Grade A laminar flow integrity, ensuring both robotic precision and environmental compliance.
5G Digital Infrastructure Integration: To support a “Smart Factory” model, we deployed an integrated BMS/EMS framework. All HVAC units, airlocks, and environmental sensors are data-interlocked and connected to a central digital twin platform, providing real-time tracking of pressure gradients, temperature, and particulate counts.
Specialized Cold Chain Purification: The cold-chain warehouses for raw materials required simultaneous low-temperature stability and GxP cleanliness. We utilized high-performance polyurethane insulation panels and specialized low-temperature sealants to eliminate thermal bridges and ensure high-integrity airtightness under sub-zero conditions.
Complex Multi-Workshop Coordination: With four distinct facility types coexisting, we implemented a rigorous zonal isolation strategy. Each sector features dedicated personnel and material flow paths, protected by airlocks and buffer zones to prevent cross-contamination across the 25,000 sqm complex.
