We engineered a sophisticated pressure gradient control system that prevents any microbial leakage, ensuring maximum biosafety for both staff and the environment.

Modular Flexibility for Multi-Product Manufacturing: With over 37 varieties of vaccines in production, we implemented a modular cleanroom design. This allows for rapid facility reconfiguration and rigorous cross-contamination control during frequent production shifts between different viral and bacterial lines.

Ultra-Precision -20°C Cold Chain Engineering: Achieving ±2°C precision in a -20°C environment presented significant challenges. We utilized specialized thermal-bridge-free enclosure materials and high-performance sealants designed for extreme low temperatures. A custom air distribution logic was deployed to ensure uniform temperature stability and prevent frost buildup.

Stringent Bio-Aerosol Containment: To manage hazardous exhaust from the animal research and production zones, we installed a multi-tier filtration system (up to 4 stages). This ensures all emissions meet the strictest national standards for pharmaceutical atmospheric pollutants.
