Engineering a massive, high-capacity industrial park for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) extraction and formula granule production.
AIPURE served as the general contractor for the 50,000 sqm purification and mechanical/electrical (M&E) infrastructure at Yunnan Tianjiang Yifang Industrial Park. The project encompasses core production facilities, including formula granule workshops, premium decoction piece units, and a comprehensive TCM manufacturing base. Designed to produce 500 tons of granules and 2,000 tons of TCM decoction pieces annually, this facility represents a leading example of intelligent automation and efficiency in the TCM industry.

Record-Breaking EPC Turnaround: Under AIPURE’s comprehensive management, the entire project—from cleanroom renovation to HVAC, process piping, and automated control systems—was delivered in 13 months. All technical indicators met design requirements, ensuring the facility was ready for immediate operational deployment.
Documented Regulatory Acceptance: Our engineering excellence facilitated a seamless certification process. In late 2019, the facility successfully passed China GSP and GMP certifications for TCM decoction pieces (including direct oral forms) and Chinese patent medicines, with all hardware meeting compliance audits against the documented acceptance criteria.
Empowering the Intelligent TCM Factory: The facility features a centralized “Smart Control Center” that manages complex equipment like extraction tanks and spray dryers.
